1. General Terms
kkbd8 operates an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. These terms apply to all services on the platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and all other gaming activities.
Nature of the Agreement
By creating an account on kkbd8, you enter into a binding legal agreement. If you fail to comply with the terms of this agreement, kkbd8 reserves the right to close your account.
Changes to Terms
kkbd8 may amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified as early as reasonably possible in the event of significant changes.
Language & Interpretation
These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final and binding.
Service Availability
kkbd8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend all or part of its platform services at any time and for any reason — particularly for maintenance or upgrades.
2. Account Registration
Creating a personal account is required to access any service on kkbd8. Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Registration Requirements
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- You must use your own payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) registered in your name.
- Each individual may open only one account — creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
- Keeping your account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.
- kkbd8 must be notified immediately if any of your information changes.
kkbd8 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. If it is later found that false information was provided at the time of registration, kkbd8 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the balance.
3. Age Verification & Identity Confirmation
kkbd8 reserves the right to verify the age and identity of all users. This process may begin at any time — when opening an account, before a deposit, or before a withdrawal. Transactions may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

- Proof of ownership of the payment method used
- Bank statement or account number details if required
Anti-Money Laundering
kkbd8 complies with anti-money laundering regulations. The platform reserves the right to suspend accounts and request additional information in the case of suspicious transactions.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
kkbd8 processes transactions via mobile banking and bank transfers available in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
- Depositing from another person's mobile wallet or account is prohibited
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
- Withdrawals will only be sent via the same method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals are approved for verified accounts only
Transaction Rejection
kkbd8 may reject a deposit or withdrawal request for any of the following reasons: a mismatch between account details and the payment method owner's name; suspicious transaction patterns; bonus terms not met; incomplete KYC verification; or any other security-related reason.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
kkbd8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are published separately. The general bonus policy is described below.
Welcome Bonus Terms
A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
Example 1
Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total ৳2,000
Wagering: ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered
Example 2
Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total ৳62,000
If the maximum limit is exceeded, the bonus will be capped at ৳20,000
Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
Bonus Abuse
Creating multiple accounts, using another person's details, or any other fraudulent activity with the intent to exploit bonuses will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
VIP Cashback
- Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Silver: weekly cashback up to 1.0%
- Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.5%
Right to Cancel Promotions
kkbd8 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing offers take effect upon publication on the platform.
6. Betting & Casino Rules
The following general rules apply to sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other gaming products on kkbd8.
Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
A bet will not be considered accepted until it is fully confirmed. kkbd8 reserves the right to cancel a bet in the event of a technical error, incorrect information, or unusual circumstances. The amount of a cancelled bet will be returned to the user's balance.
Results & Disputes
Results generated by the game provider's software (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) are final. For sports betting, the official results of the relevant sports body apply. In any dispute over results, kkbd8's decision shall be considered final.
Fair Play & RNG
All casino games provided on kkbd8 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from certified game providers. This technology ensures that the outcome of every game is completely unbiased and not predetermined.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkbd8 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

- Registering with a false identity or fabricated information
- Operating an account under another person's identity
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor
Financial Abuse
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
- Creating artificial betting patterns to exploit the bonus system
- Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment method
- Abusing chargebacks or payment disputes
Technical Abuse
- Using bots, automation software, or scripts
- Attempting to hack or modify the platform's software
- Using a VPN or proxy to bypass restrictions
- Knowingly exploiting game glitches
Behavioral Violations
- Disrespectful behavior toward customer service staff
- Harassing or threatening other players
- Spreading false information with the intent to damage kkbd8's reputation
- Colluding with others to gain an unfair advantage in games
8. Account Suspension & Closure

kkbd8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of terms and conditions
- Providing false information
- Suspicious financial activity
- KYC Verification Rejected
Closed at user's request
You can request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions before the account is closed.
